The most funny is the “small birthday cake” at 120 AED (24 €) compared to the Cristal Champagne at 125,000 AED (25,000 €)… Honestly after this, you tell to yourself 2 things: it is impossible or what the f..k!

Yesterday, we’ve been through an article published on GolfNews.com regarding the investment of Nakheel Group (big construction and real estate company in Dubai) in a NEW shopping mall (it will be the topic of another post later!) at the tip of The Palm… We discover there that the group really “suffered” from the economic crisis and that it is really hard to recover… Judge yourself: hard recovery means 7000 units to be delivered this year, 1000 villas planned to be build in Jumeirah, double the size of Dragon Mart Mall (+160,000 m² and 5000 new parking places) and others… 

Actually we don’t really know what to say… or yes, Dubai has to face the crisis!

We won’t write more about the misery that you meet everyday when you meet those foreign workers earning 200 € per month, living with 10 other people in 40 m² and sending 75% of their small income to their family thousands of kilometres away…
